Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use app.oddfunk.com and when you buy from us. The site is run by Neo Next Enterprises, trading as Oddfunk (“Oddfunk”, “we”, “us”), C33, 1st Floor, Business Bay, Lake City, Raiwind Road, Lahore 54790, Punjab, Pakistan. Contact us at hello@oddfunk.com.

Please read them before you order. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to them. Our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of them.

Your legal rights come first. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms or our other policies takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. Where any of our terms are less favorable to you than that law, the law applies instead.

You must be at least 18 to buy from us, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. Keep your account password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account unless it was accessed without your fault. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or get around its security (including the security check), no automated scraping, bulk buying or bots, no reselling access, no unlawful, abusive or misleading activity, and nothing that interferes with other people's use of it.

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade, hand-printed or hand-finished pieces vary a little from piece to piece — that's part of the work, not a fault. Sizes and measurements are shown on each product page.

Many releases are limited. Original artworks are one of a kind; prints are produced in the edition stated on the listing. Where a listing says a Certificate of Authenticity is included, it is issued for that specific piece.

Prices are shown in US dollars, euros or Pakistani rupees, depending on where you are or the currency you choose. You pay the price, in the currency, shown at checkout. Prices include any taxes we are required to charge, unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.

We take payment by card through Stripe and through PayFast. Payment is taken when you place your order. Card and bank details are handled by those providers, not by us.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we'll contact you before sending it, and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We won't charge you more than the price you agreed to without your consent.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is made, when we email you an order confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item has sold out, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud or a breach of a drop's purchase limits. If we decline or cancel an order after you've paid, we refund you in full.

We deliver within Pakistan and to selected countries; where we deliver, delivery times and costs are on the Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. If your order is significantly late, contact us; if we can't deliver within 30 days of the contract, or a date we agreed, you can cancel and get a full refund.

The goods are our responsibility until they reach you (or someone you name to receive them). Ownership passes to you once we've received full payment. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll put it right.

For deliveries outside Pakistan, import duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by your country are payable by you unless checkout says they're included. If you refuse to pay them and the package is returned, we refund the price of the goods, less the original delivery cost and any return charges we have to pay.

Faulty or wrong items. Everything we sell must match its description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for purpose. If something isn't, contact us with your order number and photos. We'll repair or replace it, or refund you, as the law where you live requires — including return delivery costs. Telling us quickly helps us fix it, and you can use our Returns Policy process to do so, but a short reporting window there doesn't shorten the time limits your consumer law gives you.

Changing your mind — customers in the EU, EEA and UK. You can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods. Tell us clearly — an email to hello@oddfunk.com is enough — then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting the goods back (or proof you've sent them). You pay the cost of returning them, and we may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled more than needed to check them, as you would in a shop. This right doesn't apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Changing your mind — everywhere else. Our Returns Policy applies, together with any cancellation rights your local consumer law gives you.

Some releases are sold by raffle. Each raffle page shows what's on offer, who can enter, the closing date and when winners are announced; those details form part of these terms. Entry is free unless the raffle says otherwise, and buying anything doesn't improve your chances. One entry per person per raffle; duplicate, automated or fake entries may be removed. Winners are chosen at random from valid entries, contacted by email (or text, if you gave a number), and offered the chance to buy within the time stated; if they don't respond in time, the offer may pass to another entrant.

Limited drops may have purchase limits. We may cancel orders that break them and refund in full.

Art Corner sells works by independent artists. When you buy an artwork or print you own that physical piece, but the copyright and other rights in the work stay with the artist: you may display, lend and resell the piece, but not reproduce it, use it commercially or make derivative works without the artist's permission.

Messages you send to artists through the site are delivered by us; please keep them respectful. Artists use Art Corner under a separate artist agreement with us.

You're responsible for anything you send through the site, such as messages and inquiries. It mustn't be unlawful, abusive, infringe anyone's rights or contain malware. You keep any rights you have in it, and allow us to store, process and deliver it as needed to run the service. We may remove content, or limit messaging, that breaks these terms.

The Oddfunk name and logo, our designs, artwork (other than artists' own works), photography, text and the site itself belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; anything else — copying, reproducing designs, or using our brand — needs our written permission.

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care. Loss is foreseeable if it was obvious it would happen or if both of us knew it might happen when the contract was made.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breaching your legal rights in relation to the products (such as the right to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose).

We supply products for domestic and private use. If you use them for business purposes, we aren't liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity.

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, customs holds, severe weather or natural disasters. If one affects your order, we'll tell you as soon as we can and do what we reasonably can to limit the delay. If the delay is significant, you can cancel and get a refund for anything you've paid for but not received.

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or to protect the site or other users; where reasonable we'll tell you why first. Orders you've already paid for will still be fulfilled or refunded.

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy.

We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes in the law or how we operate. The version that applies to an order is the one on the site when you placed it. If we change terms that affect an account or an ongoing service, we'll give you reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore can hear disputes. If you live in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country, and you can bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
